Lesson learned- Although social media gives companies the freedom to easily post content to the world wide web, it’s a good measure to make sure the content managers are well within the ethical practice of free speech. However, with all public relations blemishes such as this, it will be forgotten in less than a month as the world moves on. Allow your company the freedom to converse B2C in the never ending online conversations, but please do keep the dirty cocktail jokes in your back pocket.
